Sold to me as an OE but unsure if it actually is - theres a few different colours of OE's so would like to know for sure if I'll be getting olive eggsšŸ˜

Thanks in advance

Though my Olive Eggers have all had the clear markings of Marans + CLB I'm still going to say yes, that this is likely non-Marans + CLB (no puffy face so I think CLB and not Ameraucana.) Could be Welsummer or Barnevelder + CLB. I don't breed OE's so hopefully you'll get a comment from someone who does, but I'm voting YES. And worst case scenario it's Easter Egger but you can get green eggs from EE so it's all good....

Your bird reminds me of buff Sussex:

I have never had nor seen Olive Eggers with white legs. So I guess only time will tell...
As it happens I also bought two buff sussex from the same breeder, and thought perhaps my OE was one too, given to me by mistake

But this "OE" has slightly different colouring around the tailfeathers, a sandy grey colour. Also there are tinges of grey elsewhere on its body which makes me doubt it is a SussexšŸ˜

Jury is definitely still out but for the record one of my OE's has white legs.... Keep a close eye on that ear color....
