Sold to me as an OE but unsure if it actually is - theres a few different colours of OE's so would like to know for sure if I'll be getting olive eggs

As it happens I also bought two buff sussex from the same breeder, and thought perhaps my OE was one too, given to me by mistakeYour bird reminds me of buff Sussex:

I have never had nor seen Olive Eggers with white legs. So I guess only time will tell...

Jury is definitely still out but for the record one of my OE's has white legs.... Keep a close eye on that ear color....As it happens I also bought two buff sussex from the same breeder, and thought perhaps my OE was one too, given to me by mistake
But this "OE" has slightly different colouring around the tailfeathers, a sandy grey colour. Also there are tinges of grey elsewhere on its body which makes me doubt it is a Sussex
