This is definitely a "time will tell" question as Olive Eggers are a mix of almost endless possibilities of breeds and combinations of mixes. There's no easy way to tell.
I will say, the pink legs could be coming from Marans genetics (very common breed to be included for OEs) and since you're located in England, the standard over there is clean legs which could explain lack of leg feathers that many have.
