Can anyone show me your olive eggers eggs made from BCM x Cream Legbar or BCM x Ameraucana?
I want to see if there is much of a difference between the color of the eggs the offspring lay from those crosses… Thanks!

I don't have any olive eggers that are laying right now. But, both cream leg bars and ameraucanas (purebred) lay the same color, pale blue eggs. I don't think there would be a huge difference in the colors given that you breed them to the same brown/dark brown egg layer. The biggest difference will be appearance, CL crosses might have a crest, with no beard/muffs, while AM crosses will have a beard/muffs (in my opinion that's cuter lol). That said, I really don't have that much experience breeding for egg color, just saying what I think makes sense.

I have a question for you BCM folks. I know there are two kinds of Black Copper Marans. The French which have feathered legs and the smooth-legged, not-French. I also have a Blue. So. When you abbreviate BCM, how does the reader know whenther you mean a smooth-legged Black, or a Blue? Thank you!
