I'm more interested in all the stories about China's fakery and cheating than in the stories about the athletes... But I hope our athletes do well!

The little Chinese girl that sang a song during the opening ceremony actually lip-synched. The real little girl whose voice was used was "not cute enough" to actually be a part of the ceremony.

Also, some of the fireworks shown on TV were computer generated.

Entire neighborhoods were razed and rebuilt.

This is all verifiable via real news outlets, not rumors.

sorry I can't do anything about what China does to its people and I've been watching the olympics since I was little.
And food for thought all the people who are so appalled about the human rights issues with chinese citizens. Keep shopping at Wal-Mart cause they are one of the worst offenders
