Congrats on you new little ones! They are completely adorable!!!
As for your heat lamp, if your chicks are spread out all over the brooder, then you have nothing to worry about. If they all stay at the opposite end of the brooder (away from the heat lamp) then they are to hot. If they all huddle together underneath the heat lamp, then they are to cold. Just remember, if the chicks are not huddled and are spread out all over your brooder, then they are comfortable!
