im pretty sure no spurs or missin toes...i think someone dumped it there or it escaped by a nearby ranch that could possibly be out there somewhere?

Looks like a girl to me, none of those "boy" feathers...

By the size of the comb, she's not a "spring" chicken, I couldn't even guess how old she is.

Good luck, and yeah her feet look messed up poor thing.
