Thank you!!! the comb i'm not so worried about since I have laying hens with just as big as this. However look at those saddle feathers! The bird doesn't "talk" at all other than a few peeps. Thanks for the link!

I'm still a novice, but looks like a boy to me --hackle feathers, saddle feathers and the tail scream rooster.

But do post in the breed/gender forum and include the age and if you know the breed, that will help with the opinions.
