No that's a Coyote. The ears, nose, mouth and teeth looks canine. I've seen Coyotes alot.

I am amazed that the body is still there. I shoot LOTS of coyote and thier brethern usually taketh them away (and eat them).

Coyote will eat cat, dog, bird or ANY varmit. There may have been something wrong with this animal, a poisoning perhaps.

AND YES coyote are cannibals.

Whatever it is... it's scary looking! I'd be very concerned about what killed it. I would call someone like DEC/ENCON... rabies? Poison? Another pred.? Looks Foxy or coyote to me. Either way I would call someone to come ck it out... larger animals like that dont just drop dead near active properties for no reason. Better safe than sorry.
