I agree with everyone else. If this rooster comes over to your place and does damage to you, your birds or anything else in YOUR yard then I would take that "free range" rooster that is your neighbors and put him in a cage and find a new home for him. Make a few extra bucks whilel your are at it. Heck, you should be able to make enough for your troubles and the neighbor doesn't even have to know about it. If he can't take care of his own animals then he has no business having any. It's that simple. No way would I tolerate someone elses animal harrassing anything of mine on my property.....
