Mark -
Yesterday was day 20, today is 21! Last night we had 1 hatch out lickety-dang-split! I've never seen one hatch that fast! We had 3(!!!)
hatch overnight, and have 10 eggs to go! I am SOOOOOOOO hating being at work today!
I wanna be home watching the hatcher!!!!
Another easy way to get humidity up is to get a sponge (I get the anti-bacterial ones, you can find them in the cleaning section) and I dip it in hot water, ring it out partway and place it in the hatcher. (I do the same thing in my bator) very easy to quick "re-charge" I found that a whole sponge was too much for my hatcher, but half a sponge is just PERFECT. My bator has 1 1/2 sponges.
My hatchlings this round are Bantam Barred or Bantam Laced Cochins from Oldtimegator.

p.s. Where in Maryland are you?
