One chick can't eat or drink

I was going to get someone to help with checking the beak but the chick is fine now, Certain it ate something like a piece of hair I keep my quails inside and I've seen adults do it and get the same reaction because it tickles their throat. Anyway chick is fine now and eats and drinks without issues, they're all currently happy sleeping in the food together

Thanks for the support everyone. To my surprise it turns out another egg is starting to hatch, never had such a late hatch glad I kept the incubator running.
