One chick dead, do I leave it?

I've got 8 chicks that hatched today and more still working on it.
The first chick took 17 hours to hatch. . . IT pip and then nothing. 17 hours later it finished the job.

Post pictures!! Mine took more than 24 hours to start zippin and then all of a sudden I had two chicks!!!!!!
