Do you have any Corid to treat them for coccidiosis? Vitamins should not be used while on Corid, but if you have some Poultry NutriDrench or other vitamins with electeolytes, I would give her a dose now before you get the Corid. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid Corid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Make sure that she drinks it or give it orally, and it is safe for the others as well. Sometimes a chick may be a failure to thrive chick, but coccidiosis can stunt growth.

It may have coccidiosis, or may just be exhibiting failure to thrive. Some chicks are born with congenital problems that limit their growth. Sometimes they rebound - sometimes not.
