One Goose Picking in Another - Help Appreciated

How much protein should my ducks and geese be eating in the winter? I found a local mill that produces a mash that is 17.4% protein for $11.80 per 50lb bag.

That would be good along with BOSS and meal worms as snack.

Sure wish there was a mill around here.
