One hen had bloody vent and other has bloody diarrhea with probably worm! Help!

The ones with bloody vent vent and droppings after a few hours. I think that there was a few drops of fresh blood on the fur and a bit of "diarrhea?"

This looks like a worm to me.

For how many days did you give them the dewormer and how much per kg bodyweight or kg feed?

They were given it a week. We did as vet said - some amount of the gel we put into water and they were drinking it. Everyday a new mixture. I don't remember the exact amounts.

But the red hen, the one with bloody vent started acting weird, like the white one yesterday. The white one on the other hand is walking around and scratching for bugs.

How old re your hens?

Regarding the feed you posted: They might have too much wheat and too little calcium, as the eggshells alone will not suffice. They need additional crushed oyster shells always available to avoid what happened now.
Production layers like your hens will lay eggs even when they run out of calcium.

They are about 1,5 years old i think.

That would be quite young. So it is important to do as @Eggcessive advised and give them both one calcium tablet per day for a week, to help expel the shell rest and strengthen the eggshells in general.
Calcium deficiency will also lead to weak bones and lameness.

I don't think they have shells in there. In fact only the white one had egg thingy and she went roosting and generally seems better but she'll be isolated tomorrow to be sure. The red one with bloody vent made a position like pooping or laying an egg and i noticed that there was something sticking out of her vent! And some of this diarrhea wa leaking through it drop by drop! I couldn't catch it on photo but it seemed very painful. I isolated her in basement for night because when i put her in the coop a hen pecked her at the vent and she ran away. I don't know what to do.

Firstly i thought it may be a tumor or prolapse but it and the symptoms appeared so suddenly! Yesterday she was okay. The sticking out thing comes and goes. (by goes i mean it hides itself back in the vent)
