One hen had bloody vent and other has bloody diarrhea with probably worm! Help!

I don't think they have shells in there. In fact only the white one had egg thingy and she went roosting and generally seems better but she'll be isolated tomorrow to be sure. The red one with bloody vent made a position like pooping or laying an egg and i noticed that there was something sticking out of her vent! And some of this diarrhea wa leaking through it drop by drop! I couldn't catch it on photo but it seemed very painful. I isolated her in basement for night because when i put her in the coop a hen pecked her at the vent and she ran away. I don't know what to do.
Do you know when exactly the red hen last laid an egg? Keep her separate from the other hens until she is healed. She might be eggbound or have a tumor/cancer obstructing the cloaca.

If you give her the calcium tablets she might be able to get the egg out, in case it is an egg. If it is some kind of tumor, only a vet might be able to help.
Even better to give Calcium + Vit D3+VitK, those tablets for humans would do.

Firstly i thought it may be a tumor or prolapse but it and the symptoms appeared so suddenly! Yesterday she was okay. The sticking out thing comes and goes. (by goes i mean it hides itself back in the vent)
When trying to get the egg out, part of the vent sticks out as well. This is normal and it slips back in after laying the egg.

I'll try to get these meds. How could tumor/cancer appear so suddenly? I don't even know how to describe this "thing"... I'm worried that it may block the cloaca and infection gets in from unpassed droppings.

Here you can see how it looks when they lay an egg:

And here is someone treating an eggbound hen with the egg still inside the oviduct but hanging outside her body:

I caught it on camera. What is this thing? She is doing it and making these sound of pain/discomfort for a few minutes. Some blood/poop drops when doing it. She made 3 poops before this

Sadly, tumors and all kinds of cancer of the reproductive system are quite common with production layers, even at a young age.

Your pictures show a severe case of either egg binding or tumor. There was just recently someone with a hen that had similar issues as yours and when she took the hen to the vet it turned out to be a tumor, the vet snipped it off.
You could soak her in a warm water with epsom salt for some 10-15 minutes. This can help to pass whatever is stuck in her vent.
Be sure to dry her well afterwards and keep her warm. You could put on a vilyl or latex glove and using some warmed up vaseline or cooking oil, try to insert your finger to see if you can feel the egg.

I don't have epsom salt. What if it isn't egg binding, would it hurt her then if insert my finger there?

From your pictures I would suppose she is hurting already. And of course, she will not like you poking around her vent.
But one way or the other, it would be important to know, if an egg is stuck or not, to determine what you can do to help her situation.

I am going to check if i can feel anything inside. What do i use instead of epsom salt? i don't have any

You can some table salt in warm water. The ratio is 9 grams 2tsp) per liter. It looks like some of the hens have been vent and feather pecked, and that can happen while they are laying eggs, if there is overcrowding, too low of protein in the diet, or if they don’t get outside to roam around.
