One leg not fully functional after wound around head-neck area

As you can see she falls to the side when she tries to walk. And I think I found the reason she isn't eating. She seems to have a wound very close to her beak maybe it hurts when she tries to open her mouth
It could be head trauma, or a leg injury- the way she falls to the side reminds me of when my duck sprained her leg.
Hard to say what the cause is, but either way she needs time to recover. Supervised water therapy may be a good idea.

That could be the cause of her not wanting to eat, is the wound swollen at all?

Just posting a update that she is now eating a little bit but she still seem to have a very hard time with her balance, does balance issue often go away? or is there anything i can assist her with?
It is likely she will get her balance back, if the injury is to do with her leg, it could take a few days before shes walking better. Is there any heat or swelling on her leg?
The good news is that shes showing interest in food! That will give her some energy and help her to heal.

I have a hen that is going through the exact same thing. We had a fox attack on Tuesday and I made one small scratch on her neck. But now she can’t walk and has trouble lifting her head up. We talked to a vet and he gave her steroids and told us to essentially do physical therapy on her and get her standing and walking.

It looks more like a concussion to me. Do you have a dog crate or something more confining to put her in? Try to keep her immobilized as possible for the next few days, letting her come out for some supervised swimming a few times a day. This would also be good for her leg, if that's the issue.

I worry she could injure herself more if she has space to move around a lot.

Good point, whatever the injury is, best to restrict her movements until she's doing better.
Rewatching the video today, it seems it was freezing halfway through. Seeing the full video now, I think I agree with you- the way she circles, and she also puts weight on that leg, there's no limp.

I think when Hawks attack they hit hard to stun their victim so she most likely got hit hard. That takes time to recover from. Hopefully, With rest and care she'll come round. Be patient with her. She is precious and needs love and care right now.
I agree that supervised swim time [warm water] can help with her legs and her balance.
