Is it normal or is it some sort of disease. We do have a quarantine for new castles disease. So I'm worried

I understand you are worried about the quarantine. I would be too. I'm sure you have information about the signs/symptoms of Newcastle.
If they are all active, eating/drinking then I would just continue to watch. Watery poop can be from a number of things - eating something watery like fruits will do it or if they have been drinking quite a bit. One time poop like that, I would not be worried.
