One of my chickens isn't laying an she's 1yrs.old why?

I inheterited 3 hens and a rooster and a mallard duck...finally got the nesting boxes up an my cinnamon girls are laying fine..my lighter yellow hen is not an ideals???its been 2 weeks

Hens don't like change, for example being moved from one place to another, changes in the coop, flock dynamics etc. It is stressful for them and most hens, when stressed, won't lay until they feel secure again. Different hens handle stress differently though and I think in this case your cinnamon girls are handling the change of scenery better than your other hen and she just needs a bit more time to settle in before she'll resume laying.
