One of my chickens started staying in the coop all day...is she okay?

She is a 26w brown leghorn that hasn't laid before. When I did a search it said mostly likely she is going broody. Is that possible if she has never laid? Other than staying in the coop she behaves normally.
 
She could be the one they are beating up. For some reasons they seem to pick out one to separate they peck at the top of the neck I almost lost mine before I separated her and now she is thriving.

Tell us more about the rest of your flock...how old, how many, how long lived together?

and your coop/run....how big(feet by feet)?

Broody can be confirmed when they stay in the nest for 3 days and nights, growling and/or pecking and/or flattening out in the nest when disturbed.

If she's not laying yet she may be getting ready by spending more time checking out the nests.
