Could you get another picture? Sometimes their toenails can break and bleed, which happens. Try to soak the foot in warm water with epsom salt. What kind of bedding is in their brooder?

One of my hens feet were bleeding like that. I'm pretty sure her toenails broke.
It love looks like that's what happened. Try cleaning her foot and get another picture. Try triple antibiotic after you clean it. 🩷

Thank you I will try soaking her feet in epsom salt water do you think it's because of fighting. I have 9 other chicks the bedding is puppy pads do you think I should switch to pine shavings.what kind of epsom salt do you recommend? Thanks

Pine shavings can be harmful to your chick. They may cause respiratory harm to your chick. I think puppy pads are alright for now.

Is the toenail broken? If it is depending on the direction of the break (i.e. vertical) it's sometimes best to clip it off at the break and then apply styptic powder (or cornstarch if you don't have styptic) to help clot the cut end until it stops bleeding. If the break is horizontal then that won't work. No need to soak IMO, chickens usually recover well from toe injuries, but you do want to stop the bleeding.

Also a little concerned about the black marks on the bottom of the feet, not sure what the term is but chicks can get burn like marks from stepping on too much poop. I'd switch to some sort of bedding (pine, aspen, hemp, etc.) and keep it changed out and dry to let those heal up.

I don't think it is broken seems to be getting better
