One Polish doesn't follow the flock.

We have 5 two year old hens and 13 hens, one rooster that hatched in August. The pecking order has been established and all of the girls are doing great... except one of the Polish. She eats, sleeps, drinks, goes in the nesting boxes, perches... all of that is normal. But she doesn't stick with the flock at all. Once she goes outside, she seems to get lost. She's rarely in the coop at night when we close the others in. We find her in the barn, facing the wall on whatever she can perch on, or sleeping in a dusting hole, or just standing in the rain. She doesn't get picked on by the others. Sometimes we see the rooster sticking close to her and crowing at sundown, but he quickly gives up and goes in with the others. Any ideas? Is she maybe just not quite all there? We aren't sure what to do with her to keep her safe and happy. Thanks for your time!
