One soft(ish) shelled egg - change anything asap, or wait to see what happens?

Hello! I have a small flock of 4 hens, averaging 2 eggs a day. Today we had 2 nice eggs, and one sorry looking egg that was broken in the nesting box. It looked like it had been pecked, and the shell was kind of soft (more like flexible than soft, if that makes sense). I'm not sure who laid it! They have a dish of oyster shell always out, and I mix a little into their layer pellets as well. Should I do something now, like add calcium supplement to their water, or wait it out?

Thank you!

Go to "Articles" than go to "Learning Center" enter "Maintaining a Healthy Flock" there`s a very good article "Common egg quality problems" there you should get an answer for your question!
That was a really helpful article. Thank you! It looked most like the "soft-shelled" picture. I think I'll wait to see if it was a fluke, then adjust their diet if needed.
