There is a thread called, "One thing your kid(s) did that made you laugh today" But I know my chickens are my kids, and they make me laugh everyday. What do YOUR chickids do to make you laugh?

This thread could become quite cool! Today my silkies made me laugh because when I take them off their eggs to eat (They'r broody and don't go off on their own) they stretch and then shake their entire body and almost fall over! When they shake they kind of jump from one side to another and open their wings for balance! It cracks me up every time!

Today my Favorelle got away and me and my mom had to chase her through the woods for like, half an hour! It wasn't funny at the time but now that i think back on it i relize it was kinda funny!

Haha! My gold star nosy (who can be a bit of a bird brain. ) Spent like 5 minutes spinning in circles trying to get the food off her back.

Good thought on the thread CG3!!!
I got my chickens a mirror and they love it!!! So I walk in their coop (it's inside a shed) and it's all quiet I open the door and they're all huddled around the coop looking at themselves in the mirror.

I love 'em to death!!

I gave mine some oatmeal today, and they started flinging it all over the place when they were eating! It was so funny!

This morning doing chores, my Aussie Attila was in the nesting boxes- true to her name she does NOT like people invading her space! One of my other chickens poked her nose into Attilas box- Attila growled but of course the other chicken still went in and sat on top of her.

Haha!! Today (this happened twice) Bisquick was running into the coop caught herself in the mirror and stared for a bit, then went back to what she was running to. XD
