I need a taller chair!
I think for now I will lower the table 4 inches or so. .....
Definitely want a different chair. I am using a very very very old kitchen chair as it is. Kinda hard on the bum.
I need to keep the table solid so it can do double duty as a cutting table too.
I freaking love this machine so far!
I agree on the chair. I'm using my mother's old sewing stool, which is good with the drop-in table. Before, it was too low. But, if you see some folks on YouTube, they have an adjustable craft chair with a back, which I think would be good. Put a plastic pad like they have for office chairs under it so you can roll it whichever way you want, maybe one with locking wheels. You may be able to find one at Walmart online. They have more than they have in the stores.
This one is going to take awhile. It's so heavy! Just the bulk of it makes me even more thankful for the new table!

That small quilt is awesome. I love how you sewed around the fish and then did waves in the water. It sure is fun to freehand, isn't it?
I miss having my sewing room set up, still waiting on the craft shed. As soon as I am finished with the garden for the year, and the chicken tractor that I need to make, then I will start to finish the craft shed myself. No more waiting on DH. He has been complaining about his planter fasciitis (or whatever is ailing his foot) for months, I finally said "go to the doctor so I don't have to hear about it". I have had that for 6 years and I still get a lot done, I hobble around for about an hour in the morning until it eases enough to actually walk normal on it.
