I just ordered chic online for the first time. i gave post office address for shiping, i dont have to have a po box with that post office do i ? Thanks

Usually you give them your address and phone number and the post office calls you to tell you they are in and you can come pick them up. Because you didn't give your address. I would go down to the local post office and give them your phone number and let them know what you are expecting. If you live in a small area you could just call the post office, but any big area you want to go down there to make sure they write it down. The quicker you pick them up the better your chances are for health as most post offices do have the set up to keep them warm all day.

I will be at work when they arrive so im using post office close to work. if i was to use post office close to home that would be a hour drive to get them. maybe i should of used work address. i will call post office,

Hello Welcome to BYC and Happy Holidays! X2 go down to your post office and let them know you are expecting chicks and when, and leave your contact information. If you can still get them to, the hatchery should write on the box something like "Hold At Post Office And Call"... and have your name and phone numbers on it also.
