Could it just be that the fiber is pushing the seeds through her quicker than she can process them? I do not witness her eating grit, but I don’t see Dev eating any either. I think they get it from their feed.
And now a new issue: Dev. So she has the breast blister that has pus come out of it. It hasn’t leaked pus in a few days though. Well as I found out at the vets, Eddie most likely had a bacteria eating at her bone during the same time she had pus coming out of it but she was able to fight it off.
So Dev has had pus come out of her breast blister on and off for two weeks now. Today, I squeezed it to see if pus would come out and it did, along with some ‘extra’ stuff. I took pictures. It looks like her insides came out. I cleaned her up then let her be for a few minutes, when I went back to look the ‘extra’ went back inside her.
With the pus I’m wanting to start her on antibiotics. Which would be best?
The first pictures are when I LIGHTLY squeezed it and pus and the insides came out... I can confidently say that it was a light squeeze, which is why I am so surprised it came out.
The last picture is after a few minutes of leaving it be.
