Update on Roxby.
Roxby’s digestive troubles have mostly resolved. He is eating fine, passing droppings fine, the swallowing thing happens only occasionally.
His open mouthed breathing is still present. He breaths heavily at times but it doesn’t see to be as labored as before, though not by much.
At night when he relaxes and sleeps his breathing issues subside, but during the day they seem worse, infact every day seems a little worse, he also sneezes more and more, and as of today it sounds like he’s lightly wheezing.
I wondered if his liver was enlarged but his droppings now look completely normal, no discolored urine or urates so I doubt that’s an issue for now.
His heart doesn’t sound abnormal, I can hear a typical “1 2, 1 2, 1 2,” no arythmia or whooshing. I’m not using a stethoscope and Iam not an expert on heart health so my observations don’t mean all that much. He could have a mild heart problem but I don’t think it would be the source of his breathing issues at this stage.
I’m pretty sure this is asper. His voice isn’t altered but that could easily be because it isn’t in his syrinx, and he was exposed to mold spores while his immune system was vulnerable fighting off whatever caused his bowl infection, possibly Candida. I think Candida could be the source of his itchy face.
I have amphotericin B

It isn’t powder and it doesn’t have any information on how diluted it is so I can’t measure it out for nebulization unfortunatly, I would have preferred to nebulize him, so I’m going to administer it into his water by the instructions listed.
Whatever the outcome, I know that this disease isn’t treatable with current medicine, I know the most I’ll be doing is buying him some time. I’ll be greatful just to relieve his symptoms for now so that he can have maybe one last spring and summer.
