As seen in our first banner, there are many Characters! Here is a little overview of them....

Skye- Josh's friend, who he really likes.

Josh- Likes Skye, but made a promise to his old girlfriend he would try to get her to Terra Nova. Jim & Elisabeth son.

Jim- Main character, the only cop in town. Father of Zoey, Maddy and Josh. Married to Elisabeth.

Elisabeth- Married to Jim. A trauma surgeon in the infirmary. Mother to Zoey, Maddy and Josh. Meets Malcolm, her Ex from College here.

Malcolm- Head of the medicine district, Malcolm once went out with Elisabeth.

Commander Taylor- Leader of Terra Nova.

Lt. Washington- Taylor's second in command. She is the head of security and usually in charge when Taylor is absent.

Maddy- Daughter of Jim and Elisabeth. Is dating Mark, and is very smart. Bad at talking 'normally', always talks smart.

Mark- A soldier, really likes Maddy. Very protective of her and her family.

Zoey- The daughter who shouldn't have been. Is the 3rd child of a 2-child rule family. She is young and has been thru alot of pain and hiding.

What is Terra Nova, exactly?
Terra Nova or Terranova means "new land" or "new earth" in Latin and Portuguese.
Terra Nova is an American science fiction drama television series that airs on Fox on Monday nights. It premiered September 26, 2011 with a two-hour episode.[4] It follows the Shannon family as they go 85 million years into the past to save humanity.
The show begins in the year 2149, a time when all life on planet Earth is threatened with extinction due to dwindling worldwide air quality and overpopulation. It has become virtually impossible for humanity to survive, and almost no vegetation exists. At Hope Plaza, a massive ring shaped structure in Chicago, scientists discover a rift in space-time that allows people to travel 85 million years back in time to the late Cretaceous period of a prehistoric Earth, but in an alternative timeline (thus avoiding paradoxes caused by reverse-flow time travel), offering a chance to save humanity. The Shannon family (father Jim, his wife Elisabeth, and their three children Josh, Maddy, and Zoey) join the tenth pilgrimage of settlers to Terra Nova, becoming part of the first human colony on the other side of the temporal doorway.
The Shannon Family starts a new life in Terra Nova while having to deal with carnivorous dinosaurs and the Sixers (a splinter faction that has been opposed to Terra Nova ever since arriving in prehistoric times during the sixth pilgrimage).
Cast:
Jason O'Mara as Jim Shannon, a police officer and devoted father with a complicated past.[27] He is sent to jail after assaulting a fellow police officer when they come to take his youngest daughter away. After spending two years in prison, he is aided in escaping by his wife and successfully makes it into Terra Nova, where he is assigned to help with the plants. After saving the life of Nathaniel Taylor, he is brought back as one of Taylor's soldiers.
Shelley Conn as Elisabeth Shannon, a trauma surgeon who is selected for Terra Nova. She is married to Jim.[27] She aids Jim in escaping from the prison.
Landon Liboiron as Josh Shannon, the 17-year-old son of Jim and Elisabeth. He is reluctant to leave his girlfriend behind.[27] He initially despises his father for assaulting the police officer, but eventually comes to like him.
Naomi Scott as Maddy Shannon, the first daughter of Jim and Elisabeth. An awkward 16-year-old, she hopes to reinvent herself on Terra Nova.[27] She has a crush on Mark Reynolds and is often awkward around him.
Alana Mansour as Zoe Shannon, the five-year-old daughter of Jim and Elisabeth Shannon.[27] In the setting of the series, there is a limit of two on the amount of children a family can have. Zoe is kept hidden from everyone until police officers show up to find her.
Stephen Lang as Commander Nathaniel Taylor, a pioneer and leader of the settlement.[27] The first person to arrive, Taylor survived the first four months (118 days) on his own and then began building a community as new settlers came through; he has been the leader of the settlement for seven years.[28] In early development, he was named Frank Taylor.[29]
Allison Miller as Skye, a veteran resident of Terra Nova who guides Josh. Her parents are said to have died and she teaches Josh the value of family.[17]
Mido Hamada as Guzman, the head of a security team who also serves as a trusted adviser to Nathaniel Taylor.[21]
Christine Adams as Mira, the leader of the Sixers.[The sixers are a group of rebels who came in the sixth pilgrimage. Live in an unknown place, and have spies within Terra Nova.]
Rod Hallett as Dr. Malcolm Wallace, Jim's rival.[24]
Simone Kessell as Alicia Washington, the second-in-command to Nathaniel Taylor.[30]
Aisha Dee as Tasha
Dean Geyer as Mark Reynolds, Maddy's love interest.
