They only sleep in the coop part there are 3 nesting boxes and 2 perches

The coop part is about 3 ft by 3ft and the run is the dimensions listed above.

I suspected as much....you are over capacity as it is, adding birds would be ill advised to say the least

I also purchased one of the prefab coops years ago. I found it works great for a sick bay or brooder but even for Bantam size chickens 2 is more than enough in there especially when you add food and water dishes they take up space too.
Instead of more birds right now you may want to invest in an addition or wood and hardware cloth to make more room. Sorry if that is not what you wanted to hear. but when chickens argue it is all out war. That takes the fun out of it.
