Opinions on my Diaper cake,

So I have a baby shower for a very good friend of mune coming up, and I decided to make her a diaper cake.

I have never seen one, but made this, canI have opinions and ideas to make it better?
Plus I wanted to show someone,you know show off a little... as the one person I would show is having the shower lol...
