Yeah, that one on the bottom photo does look like he might be tufted. I have a "maybe you're tufted roman, maybe you're having a bad hair day" gosling too... What I love about these hatchery choice mixes is you have more fun to look forward to than just the day old babies. I'm excited for them to grow too and gain more breed characteristics!

I just wanted to try out some different breeds, and as a secondary goal raise a mate for my african gander... as long as I get a compatible female + one more pair (assuming I really get into one of the breeds I've got) out of the 10 I'm thrilled. I'm really curious what the gray back goslings are going to turn out to be, but really I have nothing.... tolouse. (I'm so punny!)
