Oregon Spring Poultry Swap April 23, 2011 in Canby!!!

Would anyone be interested in a breeding pair or trio with EE hens and an EE/Cuckoo Maran X rooster? He looks just like a feather legged cuckoo maran, but I know his mom is an EE.

I, of course, want some goat cheese and some soap this year too. I'd love to see your egg ornaments as well.

Hey, that reminds me, did you ever get that other earring finished? lol

Laura, Sorry about that, I will be sure to bring you the whole pair. Making the first one is so much fun, it's art and creativity, the second one is just work, LOL!
People say I might have ADHD, but .......................................................... oohh look it's a chicken.

Is anyone a fan of NN/turkens? I might be hatching some bantams and standards and am just wondering if there will be some other people out there that might like some.

Also, does anyone have any standard blue or splash or buff LF cochin roosters they are getting rid of? I would be into picking them up before the swap if possible.

I'm not a fan of them but I'm learning to be....so possibly!! This is my little bearded NN (gonna be a splash I think) that hatched a couple days ago

Awwhhh, it's so sweet. I wouldn't call myself a fan either, really. I just like chickens that make me laugh when I look at them, I would definitely like to hatch out some frizzled NN polish someday

That would be so awesome! I have no idea what this one will turn out like. Her Daddy is a blue Silkie/D'Uccle mix and her Mommy is a blue frizzled NN. From this pairing I have a black, a blue frizzle, a lavender frizzle, a splash something and this one...with more hatching. It's like Christmas when they hatch - you never know what you are going to get!

I think I have a nice blue roo LF cochin! He's about 8 weeks right now and I will need to move him out when he starts crowing.
