Oregon Spring Poultry Swap April 23, 2011 in Canby!!!

Does anyone have an EE pullet that will be either around 3 months old, or more or less full grown? Also, is anyone interested in my Delaware hen? If I don't have someone wanting her advance then I won't risk bringing her.

I might have an EE pullet available - can't commit at the moment since they are still young.

That'd be great! Do you have any idea as to what they would look like once feathered out? About how old will "she" at the swap?

They are just two weeks old now, so almost 3 months old by the time of the swap. They were vent sexed as pullets but there is always that margin of error, though my friend has a 100% record with chicks for me. As far as feathering, I can't be sure yet since you know how they change so much. Are you looking for something in particular?

Oh, and I'm almost positive Beatrice is a girl if you still want her? (the NN/Silkie/Cochin mix)

2 more Serama babies

One appears to be all white with black (like Anthea) and the other a blueish/black. I'm a little confused with the dark one...it has blackish legs?

Yes, I would still like to get her. I'm not too particular on EE, although I do like ones that are out of ordinary (ordinary in my mind is this http://www.redroofhens.com/_/rsrc/1272254015060/easter-eggers/DSC00317%20(Small)[1].jpg ) Did you hatch out the EE?

I couldn't get the link to work....and no, these are from my feed store. I got 4 of them and will probably only be keeping one or two, not sure which ones yet but as soon as I figure it out, I will post the available ones in my photo link.

Zoo, alright I would like to get one from you. Now Beatrice will have a friend around the same age to keep her company until it is time to join the big chickens

Awesome! I will hold one for you. I'll let you know when the photos are up so you can choose or change your mind if you want to. I should have new photos of Beatrice this week too. She's such a sweetie

Looking forward to them! I am glad you interact with them from a young age, it is a lot harder to tame birds that have never really been handled or anything.
