And food, I love fresh food.
- I will pay $2ea for heritage meat/dp birds 14-18 weeks. Sorry I'm cheap, but I have enough of my own, but if someone has extras at least you won't have to take them home!
- Might consider a nice B/B/S Orpington pullet or two, nice large show/breeder quality birds
- A nice Blue Americauna pullet with lines to compliment what Rhonda's got already... please email me - my inbox is super full!
- Eating duck or two. I've never cooked a whole duck and would like to try a couple. Maybe trade for eggs? Or will pay asking price

PiperOmar, can you email me with the price on your Orp eggs and maybe some photos? Have you shown your stock at a few open shows, or will you be at any shows between now and the swap? We might be interested in a dozen hatching eggs if we think they'll compliment our birds.

Hi there....I can get you some photos...I don't show my birds ...but these English Orps as well as the Lav's from Hinks are fantastic. The English imports are particularly lovely and heavily feathered. I need to separate some into some breeding pens but yes, I can get you some eggs a bit later this summer. Thank you to anyone or everyone who is ok with the earlier date of this swap meet!!

I can also provide fertile Salmon Faverolles eggs but I don't want to take any kuddos from Jeanine either as her Favs are fantstic!

Is anyone from SW Washington going to go to the Oregon Summer Poultry Swap in Bend? I would like to find a ride and would just have chicks, hatching eggs and possibly some silkies to sell. Not too much for this one. PM me if you might be going. Just looking for possible rides.
Thanks

Shoot, we might be visiting family right after school is out. I could possible send some MFC hatching eggs if the girls are cooperating and I can figure out the logistics.

June 18th is certainly do-able for me, no dog shows

Not sure if I will have anything anyone will want. My blue birchen roos are being sorted out but I won't have any blues to put them over for several months. But I certainly can visit and spend $$$$

Lavender Orps, pullets and a quality roo, wanted!

I'd love to have some Coronation Sussex but just can't afford chicks right now given my eggs never hatched and that was a mighty expensive mistake. I just suck at it.

Ok then......there you have it...And I have Faverolles eggs......my rooster Henry is from Jeanine and he is fabulous and has produced some very nice babies!

Waiting to hear back from Redmond Parks & Recreation and City Hall Public Works Department to find out if we could have this in Redmond - possibly American Legion Park or Sam Johnson Park, Centennial is out. Just putting feelers out there!

.... added later on!

Let's all cross our fingers and say our prayers! I am waiting to hear back from P&R - there is a very nice gentleman there looking over the city code to see if there is anything to stop us from having our swap there in town. If we are able to have it at either of those parks, it will save me lots of moola and we will have a nicer area for our swap.

The Expo center would be the next option, they have let me know I can rent the shade-covered (via shade tarp) area between the activity center and the dairy barn for fairly reasonable... (you don't want to know what the cost is to rent the activity center itself.. we'll just say I'd be a single woman).
