Oregon Summer Poultry Swap, Redmond, June 18th

Well I just need to buy my incubator now...the one I wanted was sold out for a while......I only have the one pair so I don't get alot of eggs....but you should see the color of these eggs she is aying...they are LOVELY! Sooo, stay in touch and I will see what I can do, ok? I will get you some at some point though.

I know!! I was so excited...as you can probably tell. I was so surprised and delighted......I was expecting all sort of wierd combinations. They do have brown heads and black bodies though with lavender bellies which I thought was an odd combination..one looks to have little tiny black feathers on the wings starting and the other had lightish salmon/lavender fuzzy little wng tips ......

One thing that I just learned from my first Poultry Swap was to share a space with someone else or have a double space.

I didn't have time to really talk to people and get to know everyone very much. Also when I did go shopping at other booths it was hard to be gone long,
as that meant that I couldn't sell as much. Thanks to Cloverleaf for selling some things for me when I did step out, especially as she wasn't feeling well.

I would love to carpool with someone else over there.
