We've been hitting up around 102 - 105 for the past several days at the foot of the Blue Mountains, and more humid than normal so it's not cooling off as much at night like we're used to.
Our birds are panting, but of course that's normal for them, just like sweating profusely is for me. I just make sure they have plenty of water and shade (they free-range during the day when we're home); they seem to be dealing with the heat okay.
I have been known to set up a water mister (something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Orbit-10057W-Arizona-Outdoor-Misting/dp/B000JJT9MM/ ) in years past, especially when I have to keep them confined to their pen on hot days. They often don't get right in it, but the mister tends to lower the temperature a few degrees in the immediate area. I imagine it helps.
