Make sure to search on here about aggressive roosters and how to handle them. At my little farm, first attack on a human will be the last. There are too many good roosters in the world to deal with one that attacks people. When mine has shown the slightest form of aggression(wing flaps, flaring hackles, head lowering) I have dealt with it immediately and made sure he knows I AM the ALPHA ROOSTER.
