[Little Chicken Farmers]

Hello all ! We are outside of Canby in a rural area known as Monitor. Just started our little flock of chickens. 2 RIR's, 2 Silver Wyandottes, and 2 Buff Orpington's. About 9 weeks now. All supposed to be hens... but I think that one of my Buff Orp's is a Roo!

I will put pictures on the breed/ sex post..... Anyone nearby?

We are out in Monitor so we are in between Canby and Woodburn. Got all my chicks from Coastal this spring....but now I am wondering if I really got RIR or "Production Reds"....there are so many varieties....its confusing ! Are you "in town" Woodburn? What do you have?

i am edge town woodburn. way behind the safeway. i have 4 BO pullets. 1 BO hen., 1 BR pullet, 2 SLW pullets, and 2 EE cockrels... but the roos need to find homes... dangit and they are the prettiest!

if ya wver need anything just hollar.. literally.

omg.. yes! it was just getting nice and dry.. to the point of getting the sprinkler out.. and cleaning out the coop.. and then GUSHHHH! the rain comes right back.. that thunder storm was nasty.. now its all muddy. dangit. i had to give the chickens a bath cuz they were sooooooo muddy and dirt clodded from the mud... uggh. PS. TO ANYONE IN MY GENERAL VACINITY>>> I HAVE 5 CHICKENS THAT I NEED TO GET NEW HOMES FOR> 2 slw pullets.... fully featherd... 2 EE cockrels... fully featherd (pretty) and mabye a BR pullet..... shes my fave..

. but i need to make room. so if anyone wants to give these ones a good home than please feel free to pm me

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and live in West Linn. We got our first chickens a few months ago at Costal Farm & Ranch. They were both suppose to be pullets. I posted this pic on the chick board, and the consensus was "she" is a "he"! So, if anyone wants a really nice, young rooster, I have one free to a good home

Here's a pic from last week. I can get a new pic if anyone is interested.

We are now looking for a few more hens/pullets (since we will only have one!), so if anyone could guide me to where I can get a few......I would really appreciate it!
