Oriental Gamefowl Thread!

I may be wrong on the first pic of the cock as his eyes look light orange but in the last pics there closer shots and he has nice light pearl eyes..this is what you want, the lighter the better. Some will come a white pearl color or light blue and yellow, some come with the blood veins what we call bloodshot eyes.

those aint asil, crosses maybe but far from any kind of clean bloodline, look at the faces/beak,seriously outcrossed...not supposed to be any wattles on an asil,

These are my Belgian Liege Vechter's, AKA Belgian Liege Fighters, AKA The Hawk Killer, and Combattant de Liege (France). A rare endangered species of fighting chicken bred in Liege Belgium. Its the combination of years of breeding local farm chickens to Malay's. Extremely aggressive except to humans. They stand 2-3 feet tall, and weigh 12-15lbs, and their feet are the largest in the chicken world. The size of turkey feet. They were created to crush any opponent in the pits. A true beast! Very gentle to humans, but will defend his flock with the most furious shock and aw ever seen, and will come out on top everytime. A great addition to free range flocks. You will never lose another to predation. Even the hawks give these chickens a wide berth. These pictures do now justice to the shear size of this breed.

One of my old Quib Thai x Burmese Pama Bull Stags. Long gone, but definitely not forgotten. He was a beast at only 6.5lbs. A great rooster, and protector of his flock. And boy was he a fighter ie (hawks, birds, cats, and even dogs). Truely missed.

You don’t have much experience with Asil/Orientals do you. The standard does say no wattles but that is just a written standard as there are many Asils that have small wattles it’s just a matter of selection. Now don’t get me wrong I prefer clean heads but know better.
