He's just one of mine. He's got some Wahl in him and a few other Asil lines as I've been trying to come up with a really Black cock bird.

Doc I have a bantam asil stag that is black as the ace of spades and has a sheen that will put your eyes out. Them black birds sure are purty.

Hello all~

No reason to hide it...I am new to the Orientals but I am getting the bug! I saw my first pair of Shamos this past weekend and really liked there look and temperment! I raise mostly dual purpose breeds (Marans, Ameraucanas, Dorkings, etc) but would like to get to find a few nice pairs of KO SHAMO's for my yard. I am a big fan of the Spangled, Crele and Ginger colored birds. I am not an expert on the Ko's but I believe I have done my homework in hopes of obtaining nice stock.

If you all have some recommendation on who I might contact to get a hold of a few of this little guys please PM me. It would be a huge bonus if they are in Ca.

Thanks guys,

Honestly it doesn't matter where they are from in the lower 48 as any can be shipped within 1-3 days.

I'd recommend you get with Tim Bowsher in MI. If Tim doesn't have any extras (actually a tough time to find fowl as most are down to their breeders) then he can tell you who to contact.

Hrere is a picture of my one & only O Shamo chick I dont have but 1 right now, but more eggs on the way, the father of these placed in the cross roads show this year, so far so good, real friendly:
