Just picked up this old man and hen! Shamo Bantam a little over 3 lbs!!! Hen 2.3 lbs!!

Anyone know where I can find more info about this breed?

In short, no! The only person that can tell you the exact make up of these birds is the person who bred them and he/she should have provided you with that information. The best that anybody can do is guess.
