Original Easter Egg!

We had a Biefenhelder x Maran lay this egg today. I was collecting eggs to incubate but this will not be one I save.
To me this is a weird egg.

Except for the weird lines on the top, that egg is normal and is most likely from the Maran. I have Marans and have gotten quite a few from them.

(With Marans, their "chocolate" eggs aren't pigment, but their speckles making the egg look chocolate. )

Wouldn’t worry if it doesn’t continue, probably stress or just a funky one if shes new. How old is she and how long has she been laying?

By the way, it should be fine to eat, all my eggs i have gotten with wrinkles are totally safe. Probably best not to incubate it though, wrinkly eggs can have weaker shells.
