Here is my blue Orp Roo at 6 months. He has so much maturing to do, but the lacing is there already. Your boy is gorgeous, I would use him just for type, and cross fingers and toes that bred to Black you would get the lacing that is preferred. But then I am new in this chicken stuff myself, so guess its your choice.

Nice... are the Blue Orps supposed to be "Laced" as andalusians?

Wow he sure does have lacing...i do you have any other shots of him, like side or front/side?

Yea I went to poppycreek farms web site where blue steel comes from and her blues are colored correctly and there splash roo is propper color too but I did read she puts her blue and splash roos over blue and splash hens I think maybe this is where he lightened?​

Yes now I need to try and get more blacks, just hatched what appears so be 3 blues a splash and black from bargin...must find more blacks..
