Orpington, frizzle?

Okay so I have gotten several different answers so I'm coming here. I think one of my birds my be frizzling. She is just under 2 weeks, but her wings are rolling, abs have just started curling. I have attached photos. The lighter is her sister from the same hatch... I am focused on the one with the darker wings. I do have a true ee frizz so I know what an easy to spot one looks like.... but this gal has me guessing. Thanks to all the people who are masters.

I think you will know in another week or two. I can see what you are seeing, but it's not far enough along to call it frizzle yet.
