Orpington Mix- Is JD's pal a Bev or Bevis??? Help!!! (PIC)

JD is on the right and 100% sure he's a roo, not sure about bev on the left what does everyone think????

sorry but JD's pal is a Bevis rooster

big comb and wattles very bright red, green in the tail feathers, and the final straw was I noticed the saddle feathers by the tail leaking over - definately male sorry. He's either younger than JD, a slow grower, or hasn't bloomed fully yet because JD is the dominant rooster (i've seen some roos take forever to mature to full roo-ness glory until 1+ years when they are penned with an extremely dominant rooster)

I can't win

JD is actually "Roo in Charge #2" I was hoping when I saw how red "it" was getting that "it" was ready to lay me an egg. Unless "HE" is gonna lay a "MAN-EGG" I am now SOL.
