Everyone is out to make a name for their selves. I would have liked to have heard this in an official announcement from the president. I feel a little robbed. Plus I have to go to the bathroom, but have now been sitting here waiting for 45 minutes....

While some may not think bin laden's death will change anything, I respectfully disagree. It may not cause the war to end (though I really wish it would), but it is a MISSION ACCOMPLISHED and the rest of the taliban has been put on notice. They can run, but they will only die tired. Maybe not today & maybe not tomorrow...but one day when they least expect it, they too may be the recipient of a bullet to the head--or worse.
While I realize it isn't very Christian of me to be happy about this, I can't help but feel joyful--for those that need closure. I am happy that those that celebrated will undoubtedly have the tables turned on them, American-style. Now they will know as well how a nation in pain feels.

I may have to have a beer on this one!
