Ostracized hen

I have 4 layers who have cohabitated for 2 years. Last week one no longer stays with the group. She has become a loner. Anything I can do to rectify this situation? Will she ever get allowed back?

She is on her own. No evidence of being chased.

So she is choosing it, and you need not worry about it. Sounds like she may be just an independent hen. It is a thing; I've had one. Some of them just prefer their own company.
