Otherwise healthy, 8 week old chick has one eye closed - Please advise?

I have an 8 week old Buckeye pullet and twice today I thought I noticed her "sleeping" when the others were active. But when I checked again, she actually had only one eye closed.
My daughter was here so we wrapped her in a towel and I used an eye dropper to flush both eyes with saline solution. After that she seemed fine.
However, it's been about 2 hours and I checked on her to find she has the same eye closed again. When it is open, the eye looks healthy.

What should I do now?

I'd be very grateful for some advice as soon as possible.

Sorry, i have no helpful advice, but im interested in what more experienced flock masters have to say.

My chicken is better. The problem resolved with saline drops given three times. I appreciate your response and levity.
So far, it seems this site was more useful before I had chickens, sadly. This is the second health issue that I posted about with no response. Things turned out ok but would be nice to get some advice when you need it.
