Worth every penny? Are you convincing yourselves that having happy chickens and higher nutritional quality eggs makes it all worth it?

We love our chickens and should have gotten started on this years ago when we had time to get our return on investment down before we die.

Lol. I started tracking how much my first egg was but after $100 I stopped counting. They are worth the money for all they give; eggs, entertainment and their great personalities.

Yes, it and the subsequent ones have given me a great deal of joy. I held two in my hand and just marveled how perfect they were. I must be getting sappy in my old age.
